Swiss Cream Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
salt, pepper and flour
1/4 c. margarine or butter
2 medium onions, chopped
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
6 Tbsp. grated Swiss cheese
1 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Cut meat into serving portions; dust with salt, pepper and flour.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter.
Add onions and saute until golden.
Remove from pan.
Melt remaining butter.
Add meat and brown on both sides.
Combine onions and remaining ingredients. Add to steak.
Transfer to casserole dish.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
