Jamaica Junk - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    2 to 3 celery stalks, chopped
    3 c. hot water
    2 envelopes Lipton noodle soup (dry)
    1/2 c. pimentos, chopped
    1 small can mushroom pieces
    1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
Preparation
    Brown the sausage, onion, pepper and celery together until sausage is thoroughly cooked.
    Mix the soup and hot water together. Add all the other ingredients.
    Bake in a deep casserole dish, covered, 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
