Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushroom caps (raw)
    1 lb. sausage
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly saute caps in butter.
    Arrange on cookie sheet and set aside.
    Brown sausage and drain off grease.
    Mix sausage and cream cheese until smooth. Fill mushroom caps. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 10 minutes.
    (May be made a day before and refrigerated.)
