Bean Sprout Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bean sprouts
    1/4 c. rice vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 small green pepper
    4 oz. sliced cooked ham
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 large eggs
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    In a 5-quart pan, bring water to a boil. Cook bean sprouts in the water until just wilted (about 30 seconds).
    Drain and rinse with cold water.
    In a large bowl, mix vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and salt.
    Add bean sprouts, pepper, ham, egg shreds and more salt to taste.
    Mix and serve.
