Rainbow Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground round
2 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. chopped celery
salt and pepper
2 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. horseradish
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated carrots

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and form into 1 large or two small loaves.
Put 1/2 cup catsup on top before baking.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
New twist of an old favorite.
