Light Chicken N Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast, skinless, boneless, halves
    2/3 c. uncooked rice
    1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts and red peppers combination
    1/3 c. bottle Italian dressing
    1 can (2.8 oz) French fried onions
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth or bouillon
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts in an 8 x 12 inch baking dish.
    Pour dressing over chicken.
    Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, place rice, vegetables, 1/2 can of onions around and under chicken.
    Pour broth over all.
    Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
    Top with remaining onions.
    Bake 2 or 3 minutes longer. Serve.
