Raspberry Maple Dressing(For Martha'S Vineyard Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raspberry vinegar
    1/2 c. vegetable or canola oil
    1/2 c. maple syrup
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. dried tarragon leaves
    dash of salt (optional)
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 45 seconds or until all ingredients are well mixed.
    Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
    Store remaining dressing in the refrigerator (will keep indefinitely).
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
