Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated zucchini
3/4 c. box Jiffy buttermilk biscuit mix
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1 onion, chopped
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in bowl.
Pour in greased 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serves 6.
