Southwest Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cut up, skinned and cleaned chicken
2 c. picante sauce
1 hot pepper cheese, sliced

Preparation

Place chicken in 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
Pour picante sauce over chicken and bake at 425\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Remove from oven and place cheese slices over chicken and place back in oven for 10 minutes.
