Homemade Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 stick butter
    2 c. hot water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix 2 cups of flour with salt, sugar and yeast.
    Let butter melt with water.
    Mix with ingredients and then add 2 to 3 more cups of flour.
    Knead together.
    Let rise about 1 hour.
    Separate dough in 2 well-greased bread pans.
    Let dough rise again.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
