Mother'S Fruit Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. flour
2 c. sweet milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
vanilla to taste
1 pkg. evaporated peaches
Preparation

Cook evaporated peaches until tender; drain and sweeten.
Mash thoroughly and cool several hours.
When cold, line pie pan with pastry and spread layer of peaches over bottom very evenly.
