Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 pkg. caramels
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix cake mix, 1/3 cup of milk and butter.
    Add nuts and press half in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes. Melt caramels with 1/3 cup of milk.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips on baked crust, pour on caramel and press remaining dough on top. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Cool before cutting.
