Magic Crust Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. milk
    1 3/4 c. fresh fruit (strawberries, peaches, etc.)
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Mix 1 cup sugar, flour, baking powder and milk and pour over butter.
    Do not stir butter in.
    Top with fruit and sprinkle with 1 cup sugar (use less sugar if canned fruit is used).
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
