Fruit Betty - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. fruit
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cold oleo, cut into 6 pieces
Preparation

Put fruit in 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle with juice and cinnamon.
In a food processor, fitted with the metal blade, place flour, sugar and oleo.
Pulsing on and off, process until consistency of coarse meal.
Sprinkle over berries.
(Dish can be covered and refrigerated up to 10 hours at this point; add about 5 minutes to baking time.)
Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven until brown for about 45 minutes.
