Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
Preparation

Break up ground beef and saute in skillet over medium heat in oil until browned.
Add onion and celery; saute for 5 minutes. Stir in soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and salt.
Remove from heat.
Place half the potatoes in greased 2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt.
Spoon half the meat mixture over potatoes.
Cover with remaining potatoes, salt and the rest of the meat mixture.
Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
