Polenta Al Pomodoro - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. instant polenta
    tomato sauce
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook polenta according to package directions, salting according to taste.
    Pour polenta in buttered casserole dish. Spoon tomato sauce on top.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan.
    Sprinkle with olive oil or dot with margarine or butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until crusty and golden brown.
