Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. raw rice
1 medium onion
1 c. tomato paste or sauce
garlic to taste
bell peppers
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients together and put in fresh bell peppers.
Cook in heavy pot or Dutch oven.
Cover peppers with tomato paste or sauce.
Turn heat high until cooking, then turn heat down and let cook about 45 minutes or until done.
Cook on top of stove.
