Slow Roasted Chicken - cooking recipe

3 1/2 lb. chicken
oil
salt and pepper
Preparation

Prepare grill with coals surrounding a drip pan for indirect heat.
Brush chicken with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put on grill over drip pan.
Roast until chicken is cooked through, about 1 hour 20 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
