Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 eggs, well beaten
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Use
    electric
    mixer.
    Heat
    milk, then add sugar, salt and shortening,
    stirring
    until
    all
    is dissolved;
    cool to lukewarm.
    Put
    yeast in bowl with warm water to dissolve; add milk
    mixture
    to
    yeast
    mixture.
    Add eggs and 3 cups flour. Beat until smooth, then add rest of flour and knead well.
    Put in greased
    bowl
    and
    grease the top of the dough.
    Let rise about 1
    hour,
    then
    knead
    well.
    Roll
    out and put in your baking sheets; let rise again at least another hour or longer. Bake at 400\u00b0.
