Hunan Pork Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

1/2 lb. boneless lean pork
2 tsp. cornstarch
6 Tbsp. lite soy sauce, divided
2 cloves garlic, minced and divided
3/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
3 c. bite sized cauliflowerets
1 medium size green pepper, chunked
2 medium tomatoes, cut in eighths
hot, cooked rice
Preparation

Cut pork across the grain into thin slices, then into strips. Combine 2 tablespoons each cornstarch and lite soy sauce with 1/2 of the garlic in small bowl; stir in pork.
Let stand 30 minutes.
