Paprika Potato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    5 medium potatoes, sliced
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in fat.
    Add paprika and potatoes, sliced 1/8-inch thick.
    Add enough water to cover potatoes.
    Cook until tender. Simmer slowly; cover.
    Add salt and pepper.
    To sour cream, blend in flour.
    Add to potatoes.
    Bring to boil and it's done!
