Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. diced onions
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in frying pan.
    Add green peppers, onion, salt and pepper.
    Fry until tender.
    Add tomato sauce and water. Stir well.
    Cook rice in salt water.
    Add to meat and sauce mixture.
    Place in well-greased casserole dish.
    Top with grated sharp or medium sharp cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
