Potatoes Chantilly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. mashed potatoes, seasoned
1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Put mashed potatoes (slightly dry) in buttered baking dish. Top with whipped cream.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted and top is lightly browned.
Serves 8.
