Taco Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    taco chips, broken-up
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped in juice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Layer broken chips in bottom of 2-quart oblong casserole. Brown meat with minced onions.
    Drain off grease.
    Mix in tomatoes and soup.
    Put in casserole over chips.
    Top with grated cheese and more broken taco chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly and cheese has melted.
