Winter Potage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium tomatoes, peeled
    1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    4 c. boiling water
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Dice tomatoes into saucepan; add potatoes, onion, salt and a few grains pepper.
    Add boiling water; cook until tender.
    Mix sour cream and flour together in double boiler; cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Stir sour cream mixture gradually into tomato-potato mixture.
    Season to taste with additional salt and pepper.
    Reheat but do not boil.
