Walnut-Romaine Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. walnut oil or salad oil
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. dry white wine
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 head romaine lettuce, torn (6 c.)
2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 1/2 c. halved strawberries or red seedless grapes
2 sticks celery, sliced
3 green onions, sliced
1 recipe sugar-coated walnuts
Preparation

In screw-top jar, put oil, honey, vinegar, wine, ginger and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Cover and shake well.
Chill.
