Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1 slightly beaten egg
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine salmon, bread crumbs, chopped onion, butter, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Combine milk and egg; add to salmon mixture and mix thoroughly.
    Shape into a loaf in a greased shallow baking pan or in a greased 7 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 2-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 3 or 4 servings.
