Low Fat Lemon Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Cooking spray
1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 8 oz. package non-fat cream cheese
1 14 oz. can low fat sweetened condensed milk
4 egg whites
1 egg
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. unsifted flour
Fresh fruit, optional
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0. Spray bottom of 8 inch spring form pan with cooking spray, sprinkle crumbs in pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Add egg whites, egg, lemon juice, and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in flour, pour into pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set. Chill. Optional, top with fresh fruit. Refrigerate.
