Kathy'S Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crescent rolls
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. hash browns
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook sausage and drain.
    Spread crescent rolls in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Spread sausage over rolls.
    Add hash browns and Cheddar cheese.
    Beat eggs and milk together.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into casserole.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
