Baked Pleated Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small baking potatoes
    1 Tbsp. dried chives
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. dried tarragon
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash potatoes; pat dry.
    Cut each potato crosswise into 1/8-inch slices, but do not cut all the way through bottom of potato.
    Place on a baking sheet.
    Combine butter and remaining ingredients.
    Brush over potatoes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
