Nasturtium Zinger Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. nasturtium leaves, stems and flowers, chopped fine
    1 c. onions, chopped fine (use wild or garden fresh onions)
    1/2 c. common store-bought mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), chopped fine
    several Tbsp. either top-quality mayonnaise or cream cheese
Preparation
    Finely chop the nasturtium, onions and mushrooms.
    Mix it well with either mayonnaise or cream cheese and spread it on toast.
