Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 large onion
1 hot pepper (jalapeno; if desired)
salt
pepper
1 garlic
Preparation

Peel and dice the tomatoes. Dice the green pepper. Dice the onion. Dice the pepper and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients. Chill for 2 hours.
