Onion (Vidalia) Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    6 Vidalia onions, chopped
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 to 2 tsp. parsley, chopped
    salt and pepper
    1 c. Swiss cheese
    1 c. cream
    paprika
Preparation
    Melt margarine and saute onions.
    Add cooked rice, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Remove from heat.
    Add Swiss cheese and cream. Pour into
    a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Garnish with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
