Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small can vegetable soup
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 servings instant mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in skillet until beef is done. Drain. Stir in soup, thyme and salt. Cook a few more minutes.
    Mix potatoes according to package directions or mash your own. Pour beef mixture into small casserole dish.
    Spread potatoes on top. Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until potatoes are brown.
