Scalloped Potatoes In Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. hot milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add flour and seasoning and stir smooth.
    Slowly add the hot milk, stirring constantly.
    When it thickens, melt the grated cheese in the sauce.
    Into a buttered casserole, put layers of sliced potatoes, onion and cheese sauce, repeating until all ingredients are used.
    Sprinkle parsley flakes on top.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
