Honey Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. instant potatoes (dry)
    6 1/2 to 8 c. flour
    5 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
    1/4 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Melt shortening in saucepan.
    Remove and add honey and remaining 4 1/2 cups water. Add the whole wheat flour, instant potatoes, dry milk and salt to saucepan.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add yeast and beat well.
    With a wooden spoon, add enough white flour to make dough leave sides of bowl.
    Let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down and divide into 3 loaves.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
