Chocolate Chip Blonde Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 c. nuts
    1 pkg. chocolate chips
    2/3 c. margarine
    2 c. light brown sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter and brown sugar together in a saucepan.
    Stir until mixture is smooth and sugar is not too grainy.
    Cool just a little and add beaten eggs and vanilla.
    Add flour mixture and nuts to butter mixture.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 (8 x 8-inch) pans.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
