Mushroom Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 pieces cube steak
1 or 2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 c. water
1 large can mushrooms, drained
4 Tbsp. oil
1/4 to 1/2 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Coat steak with flour, salt and pepper.
Brown on both sides in oil.
Place in baking dish and add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
