Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick oatmeal (uncooked)
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. skim milk
    1 large ripe banana, mashed
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 egg white
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups.
    Combine oats, flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Add combined remaining ingredients; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Fill prepared muffin cups 3/4 full.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
