2 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 to 2 c. milk
real butter
syrup
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, egg, vegetable oil and sugar; add enough milk to make a creamy smooth batter. Heat pancake skillet on medium heat. Flip when bubbles pop and brown other side. Keep warm in pancake warmer until ready to serve. Serve with crisp bacon and scrambled eggs.
