Stuffed Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat, remove shell
    2 slices bread, cubed with crust removed
    1 egg
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. Phillips seasoning (or any seafood seasoning)
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaiase
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp (16 to 20 count)
Preparation
    Clean and devein shrimp.
    Slice each shrimp lengthwise, deep enough to form cavity for stuffing.
    Mix all ingredients except crabmeat and crumbs.
    Pour over crabmeat that has been mixed. Fill cavities of shrimp with crabmeat and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
    Serve immediately.
