Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1- can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    2 c. grated Colby cheese
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes.
    Combine all other ingredients and gently mix with potatoes.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan.
    Bake uncovered in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
