Fortified Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. frozen vegetables
    2 Tbsp. butter or oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 c. cooked macaroni
Preparation
    Make a white sauce by melting 2 tablespoons butter or oil in saucepan.
    Stir in 2 tablespoons flour to make a paste.
    Add 1 cup milk, stirring constantly.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add frozen vegetables.
    Simmer and stir 10 minutes over medium heat.
    Add cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
    Stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
    Pour into blender until smooth.
    Pour over cooked macaroni.
