Veggie Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 (20 oz.) can small green peas, drained
    1 (20 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
    1 c. finely chopped onions
    1 c. finely sliced celery
    1 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine corn, peas, green beans, onions, celery, green pepper, and pimentos in bowl.
    Toss to mix.
    Combine oil, sugar and vinegar in microwave-safe bowl.
    Microwave on High for several minutes.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Pour over vegetables; mix well.
    Cool slightly.
    Chill overnight to several days, stirring once each day.
    Season with salt and pepper just before serving.
    Makes 24 servings.
