Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or regular margarine
    1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the butter and brown sugar until light.
    Add flour and chopped nuts.
    Cream with spoon until mixture forms crumbs.
    Set aside 1 cup of mixture for topping.
    Press remaining crumb mixture into ungreased 8-inch square pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 13 minutes.
    Set pan on rack to cool.
