Fresh Peach Ice Cream(Lower In Cholesterol And Very Good) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. fresh peaches
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 large can evaporated milk (not condensed)
    4 eggs or 1 large carton Egg Beaters
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. ice water
    2% milk
Preparation
    Peel peaches; mash and combine with 1/2 cup sugar.
    Beat together 2 1/2 cups sugar, evaporated milk, eggs and salt in large bowl.
    Beat powdered milk and ice water together until light. Combine all ingredients, except 2% milk.
    Pour into a one-gallon churn.
    Finish filling churn with 2% milk.
    Churn until firm.
