Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. carrots
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    1 onion, sliced
    1 bell pepper, chopped or in rings
Preparation
    Peel, slice and cook carrots until tender in boiling, salted water.
    Drain.
    Heat soup, vinegar, sugar and oil to boiling. Pour over carrots, onion and pepper.
    Refrigerate.
    Keeps several weeks.
