Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 medium onion (chopped)
    1 (20 to 24 oz.) bag frozen broccoli
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. diced celery
    salt, pepper and seasonings as desired
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
