Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    2 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Blend in flour and add milk.
    Stir constantly over direct heat until sauce boils and thickens.
    Add corn, salt, onion juice and pimento.
    Beat egg yolks and slowly stir into corn mixture.
    Cook 2 minutes longer with constant stirring.
    Remove from heat and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Turn into buttered baking dish and bake 30 minutes in moderate oven or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
