Crust For Any Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter or margarine (1 1/2 sticks)
2 c. flour (unsifted)
6 to 7 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

In a large bowl, with pastry blender or two knives used in a scissor-like fashion, cut butter into flour until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle on cold water, a tablespoon at a time, mixing lightly with a fork after each addition, until pastry holds together.
Divide dough in half, shape each into a flat ball.
Wrap each in plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour or longer.
